Vice President
The Rummler-Brache Group is seeking a Vice President. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Generate leads, develop new business, and maintain a pipeline of projects
  
• Work with clients to identify process improvement areas
• Lead consulting engagements and deliver client training
  
• Oversee multiple complex performance improvement client engagements
  
• Build and strengthen the skills of new hires

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development for consulting services
  
• 5 years of consulting experience successfully implementing quality management and process improvement methodologies
  
• Bachelor's Degree
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
  
• World-class communication and presentation skills
  
• Able to travel up to 35%
• Must be based in Dallas.
