Introduction:
This is a one-day workshop to provide hands-on experience for those new to creating process models using specialized process mapping software. The attendees will receive a licensed copy of the iGrafx FlowCharter program and learn how to produce business quality process maps and diagrams developed in the FOCUS course. For those participants responsible for creating process models at their offices, there is high value from the immediate training on FlowCharter to learn not only how to create the models but also how the various process models are managed on an ongoing basis.  The immediate benefit is that attendees will learn how to generate business-quality outputs in common forms: PowerPoints, PDFs, Wall-Charts, and Web Pages.

Instructor presentation, discussion, and examples where attendees use software on their own laptop PCs
